Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order hits the road.

During launches or high-demand drops, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience.


U.S. Shipping

Once it’s in the carrier’s hands, delays are out of ours — but we’ll help where we can.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Rates and delivery times vary depending on location.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our prices and may be charged by your local government.

  • We are not responsible for any customs delays.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management first

  • Then contact the carrier directly

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Akuoma is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
