All sales are final unless eligible for return per our return policy.

We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted for store credit only, in accordance with our return policy. No exchanges or cash back. No exceptions.

4. Confession Submissions – Strangers Are Interesting

By submitting a confession to our Strangers Are Interesting project:

  • You confirm the content is your own and not plagiarized or violating any laws.

  • You grant Akuoma the full rights to use, edit, republish, and repurpose your submission across any medium  digital, print, social, or campaign-related — anonymously.

  • Submissions are non-retractable and cannot be edited or deleted after submission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on itsakuoma.com including graphics, copy, products, and branding is owned by Akuoma. Don’t steal our vibe. You may not use, duplicate, or distribute anything without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Akuoma is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our website or products

  • Any allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials (check product info before purchasing)

Use our products and services at your own discretion.
